Articles are hand made with natural ingredients, that is why two same articles may have slight difference. Such differences are not part of return/exchange/refund
Article damaged during shipment within Pakistan will be ex-changed without hassle, shipping charges will be borne by the customer
Shipping charges will be borne by us if wrong item is shipped (valid within Pakistan only)
No exchange/ refund of articles if not liked or customer does not wish to use
Customized articles will not be ex-changed or refunded
Articles on sales will not be ex-changed or refunded
No exchange/ refund of nose cuffs due to hygiene reasons.
No refund/exchange for internationally shipped articles.
